This notice covers the Realitis marketing website and requests to join the launch.

Your access request

The launch team uses your work email address to respond to your request. Your first name is optional. We record the day of your request, preferred plan, language and the button you used to help us follow up.

Requests older than 90 days are deleted when the next valid request is recorded.

Website measurement

Aggregate counters record page views, demo opens, plan selections and saved access requests. Counts are grouped by UTC day, language, source category and, where applicable, plan. The measurement module uses no analytics cookies or visitor identifiers and stores no IP addresses or full URLs. Counters older than 365 days are deleted when the next event is recorded.

Your rights and contact details

You can request access to your data, a correction, deletion or restriction of processing. Please write from the email address used for the original request. Depending on your circumstances, you can also object to processing or request data portability. You can lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
